About
Jordan Felix
Coach. Systems builder. Obsessed with growth.
"I don't coach from a script. I coach from what actually rebuilt me."
In my early twenties I built a career in the Navy. It taught me how to communicate, how to execute, how to solve problems under pressure, and how to build people from the ground up. It also gave me discipline and a standard for myself that still drives me today.
I left the military in the best shape of my life. Not long after, I was nearly killed in a motorcycle accident. It put me in the hospital for 43 days. The years after that were surgeries, complications, broken bones, and blunt force trauma my body would never fully forget. I started over with nothing — unable to walk, a broken body, and a broken mind.
That recovery is where the mindset I'd built in the military stopped being a talking point and got tested. It's most of what got me through. I had to find the inspiration again, build the discipline back one system at a time, and hold myself accountable to getting healthy — then to getting stronger and sharper than I'd ever been.
Nearly a decade later, I'm the strongest I've been mentally and physically. I run marathons and train daily. It's the foundation everything else sits on — part of the system I've built that fuels my body and spirit and keeps me consistent long after motivation runs out. For over six years I've worked remotely managing multi-million dollar project programs in tech, still developing communication, still growing people, still leading teams to a high standard. Working from home means I haven't missed a day of my son's life. Being fully present as a father, not the disengaged version people expect, has shaped who I am more than anything else on this page.
This is what it means to get inspired, refine that inspiration into something you actually run on, and stay obsessed with growth.
Today I work 1:1 with people who are done rehearsing and ready to rebuild — through structured coaching programs and ongoing accountability systems for the follow-through in between.
How I Coach
Three things I won't compromise on.
01
Identity before behavior
Habits that aren't backed by identity don't survive contact with a hard week. We start with who you're becoming, not just what you'll do differently.
02
Direct, not diplomatic
You don't need another cheerleader. You need someone who will name the pattern you're avoiding — and stay in it with you until it changes.
03
Systems over willpower
Motivation is unreliable. Every program includes the rituals, tracking, and accountability structure to keep moving after the feeling fades.
